Zero Stress Mind: Living a Stress-Free Life #1

Imagine a world where everyone lived in a way that prevented stress from building up. How happy would such a world be?

When I was in my twenties, I used to believe that changing my diet would bring peace to the world.

Of course, changing one's diet can change one's mindset, and the impact of how we eat cannot be underestimated.

While I also believed that the state of our minds was essential, I placed more emphasis on changing one's diet at that time.

Now, I believe that our mindset, or our "mindset equals state of mind," is just as important as changing our diet, if not more so.

No matter how perfect our diet is, if our mindset is disturbed, we can still fall ill. Similarly, if our diet is disrupted, we can still fall ill, even if our minds are in a healthy state. Both are important.

When do humans experience stress?

In summary, it could be said that it occurs when we perceive things negatively. Or perhaps when we feel fear, anxiety, or anger.

Whether we experience stress depends not on whether we are faced with events that force stress upon us, but on whether we have a mindset that sees stressful events as such.

Even if the same event occurs, those who perceive it positively do not accumulate stress, while those who perceive it negatively do accumulate stress.

In summary, we can say that we can control stress to a considerable degree by changing our mindset.

Of course, this depends on a person's current mindset and the strength of their beliefs.

So, what kind of mindset would prevent stress from accumulating?

I haven't fully summarized this yet, so I will write the continuation in another blog post.

Stay tuned!
