    20歳からオーストラリアやニュージーランドへ渡り、2007年5月13日より環境保護を第一の目的にヴィーガン(プラントベース)のライフスタイルを実践。

    日本のクシマクロビオティックやアメリカのLiving Light Culinary Art Instituteでローフードを学ぶ。

    2010年よりヴィーガンレシピ動画とライフスタイルを発信するYouTubeチャンネル「Peaceful Cuisine(ピースフルクイジーン)」を開始。

    趣味であるカメラを使っての写真・映像作品多数。被写体は食べ物、ランドスケープ、野生動物(主にイルカとクジラ)が多い。

    旅行もライフワークの一つ。今までに訪れた国は、、、

    アメリカ、メキシコ、シンガポール、マレーシア、オーストラリア、インドネシア、イタリア、ニュージーランド、台湾、ノルウェー、フィンランド、アイスランド、エストニア、エジプト、ペルー。

    人類が世界平和と完璧な健康状態を達成する光景を、
    自分が死ぬまでにはこの目で見届けたい。

  • Born in Japan in 1983.

    Traveling and working both in Australia and New Zealand for about 2 years right after I turned 20.

    I became vegan on May 13th, 2007 to protect our beautiful planet.

    Graduated from one of the most famous macrobiotic academy “KUSHI Macrobiotic“ and learned Raw Food at Living Light Culinary Art Institute in California after I became vegan because I was so curious about everything.

    I started “Peaceful Cuisine” YouTube channel where I post videos about vegan recipes and my lifestyle. Now the channel has over 2M subscribers. It’s just Amazing how big it has become.

    Photography and Videography are definitely my things. I mainly shoot foods, landscape and wild animals mostly dolphins and whales.

    The countries I have been before are…

    United States, Mexico, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, Indonesia, New Zealand, Taiwan, Norway, Finland, Iceland, Estonia, Egypt and Peru.

    I would like to see the world where human beings have accomplished global peace and perfect health before I die.
